McMenamins currently has 15 breweries in Oregon, each year collectively producing more than 200 different recipes. Since our first brew at Portlands Hillsdale Brewery and Public House in 1985, McMenamins has handcrafted more than 20,000 different batches of beer. In 2005 alone, we brewed over 41,000 kegs of beer- an astounding 5.1 million pints of Terminator, Sunflower IPA, Ruby Ale, Hammerhead and more! Inside John Barleycorns, you’ll find a nice, dark, cozy space — topped by a dramatic cathedral ceiling — and McMenamins-strength ales and spirits. Outside, the terrace is surrounded by a peaceful garden.

7th Street Brew House came into being in 1996 because of the incredible reception of Cascade Lakes beers by the city of Redmond. The Brewery had been in operation for about a year and the regulars wanted someplace to take their family and kids to eat. As a result, 7th Street was born. From the mug club membership to taco night, 7th Street has become the hometown favorite in Redmond. This is where people go to have a great tasting meal, a cold beer, and see good friends.

Family winery carrying on the centuries old tradition of artisan wines – currently producing 3,000 cases of wine annually. We make four wines: Legal Zin – a claret style zinfandel blended with merlot – 1200 cases, Pinot Riche – an alsatian style pinot gris – 1,200 cases produced, Signature Reserve – a full bodied zinfandel blend aged 18 months to 2 years in American Oak- 300 cases, and Kool Kat Muscat – an old world style, slightly sweet muscat canelli. Nearly all of our wines are sold at either fine restaurants or out of our tasting room in Bend, Oregon. From the labels to the contents of the bottles, our motto is to enjoy life and drink delicious wine.

Look up history in the dictionary and you will see a picture of Cascade West. This place has had more names than we can count going back for 35 or more years. Century West Tap Room, Timbers West and the current Cascade West just to name a few. This place has so much to offer that its hard to fit in one sentence but here we go. We have 32 beers on tap, the most in central Oregon, two Golden Tee Golf machines, also the most of any bar in central Oregon, four pool tables, darts, 6 televevisions, all lottery games and the freindliest bartenders in town. So if you are looking for one stop shopping after work or on the weekends this is the place. You just cant go wrong! Cascade West offers a full lunch menu all week from 10:30a.m. to 2:30p.m. and then an extensive appetizer menu until close.

Having the most taps in town allows us to rotate our selection of Micro brewed beers often and also offer most of the domestic beers available. From Bud, Coors, and Pabst to Bridgeport IPA, Deschutes MIrror Pond Pale, and Cascade Lakes Rooster Tail Ale Cascade West covers all the bases. We also offer a selection of wines and malternatives for those of you who dont drink beer…?
