    Quick & Dirty Location: SW Montgomery and Park Hours: daily, 8am-2pm The Story: Portland State has the luxury of the Portland Park Blocks that cut through the campus. Entrepreneurial food cart vendors know college students are hungry. Quick & Dirty knows they want bagels and coffee.     Location: SW 9th and Washington Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm The Story: Soups and sandwiches are the mainstay of an American lunch. Think grilled cheese with tomato soup. We have some soup vendors and others with sandwiches and now Bread and Broth bring them together.     Some tidbits of news from Portland’s street food scene: Trey Corkern of The Swamp Shack on SW 5th and Stark announced this week that he will be closing the cart and going fully mobile with a food truck. The Swamp Shack has been a mainstay on SW Stark for four years. Many loved the bayou feeling of the worn wood and moss.
